Located on U.S. Highway 385 just south of Levelland, the Levelland Municipal Airport boasts one of the best runways and supporting facilities of any General Aviation airport for a city of its size in Texas. Levelland Municipal Airport is fully equiped and handles all General Aviation needs.
With a 6,110 ft x 75 ft asphalt runway, almost any aircraft short of a commercial air carrier can be accommodated. Levelland Aero Service, Inc. serves as the fixed base operator for the airport owners, the City of Levelland and Hockley County. The airport also has a variety of t-hangers and box hangers.

The airport is across the street from the new Mallet Event Center and Arena, as well as the new Levelland-Oxy Sports Complex so it is very handy for anybody coming for an event at those facilities. Other nearby amenities include hotels, restaurants, shopping and the Levelland Industrial Rail Park.
