Description
The City of Levelland, Texas Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone #2 was conceived and developed as a mechanism for helping the development to the Levelland Industrial Rail Park and other industrial projects within the zone. It primary purpose is to provide debt service for the Levelland Industrial Rail Park and infrastructure improvements to within the zone.
